Weekly Guided Sessions: Participants engage in weekly 60-minute guided meditation sessions led by experienced instructors, accessible through the virtual studio app. Each session focuses on a specific theme or technique, providing structured guidance and support for cultivating mindfulness and inner peace.
  • 2. Interactive Video Calls: Twice during the 6-week program, participants gather for live 60-minute video calls facilitated by the instructors. These interactive sessions offer opportunities for group discussion, Q&A, and personalized guidance, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants.
  • 3. Practice and Reflection: Between sessions, participants are encouraged to practice meditation independently, utilizing resources provided through the virtual studio app. Guided audio recordings, reading materials, and reflection prompts help participants deepen their understanding of meditation techniques and integrate them into their daily lives.
  • 4. Progress Tracking and Support: Throughout the program, participants receive ongoing support and encouragement from the instructors and fellow participants.
